Air & Grace are an aerial circus performance duo based in Auckland, New Zealand. We are available for all types of events from; private, corporate, theatre shows, festivals, Christmas parties, new years, and beyond.
Air & Grace specialise in single and duo dance trapeze, silks and aerial hammock performances. We create unique and beautiful routines that blend strength and dance and can easily tailor our performance to suit the occasion.
Safety is incredibly important to us, we train hard to ensure that our performances go ahead without any incidents and work with professional riggers to ensure that all of our equipment is set up to the highest standards – allowing us to freely focus on creating a magical, awe inspiring show.

Alisha has been doing performing arts for most of her life. Starting at age 3 with dancing, over the years she has also shown her creative flair with the violin and figure skating. She fell in love with aerial arts in 2000 when her neighbours put up a flying trapeze in their back yard – not something the average kiwi has over their fence. From there the passion grew and she has been performing and teaching in New Zealand and overseas ever since.
Cara comes from a background of Taekwondo, which she did for 16 years, training with some of the best trainers and fighters in New Zealand. However she always longed to dance, so in 2009 she started Modern Jive and soon after that, West Coast Swing. She has since won many competitions around New Zealand and Australia. In 2012 she began aerial arts which was a new and exciting challenge that she immediately developed a passion for.
